4.8% ABV - Our softer, more modern Pilsner which showcases Prohibition as a dry hop. This batch features citrusy, herbal Prohibition hops from Pedersen Farms in Seneca Castle, NY.
4.5% ABV - Light and snappy with a clean floral and herbal aroma, backed by a crisp crackery malt backbone. A balanced dry finish.
4.3% ABV - Spring is here! This is a soft and rounded ale with notes of honeyed biscuits and apricot.
4.3% ABV - Toasted bread, nutty and cracker malt flavors and aromas, with a mild floral hop presence and balanced finish.
4.3% ABV - Tasty and clean little blonde ale with cracker and light biscuit notes backed up by a clean hop finish.
4.8% ABV - Crisp and light with a soft bitterness and a mild grape-like fermentation profile. The lean malt character cleanly backs up this crushable beer.
4.8% ABV - Brewed with 100% New York-grown malt and hops. The beer is our ode to a classic and formative American Pale Ale from the West Coast. As part of the Earth To Beer project, this beer supports the Billion Oyster Project.
5.8% ABV - Candied apricot and spice on the nose, with a marmalade and biscuit flavor profile. Medium bodied with a clean bitter finish.
5.4% ABV - Juicy-fruity and pillowy soft, bursting with ripe white peach and dank tropical melon.
6.8% ABV - Notes of candied citrus, and pine resin with a clean malt profile. Ends with a snappy bitter finish.
6.3% ABV - Soft and light body showcasing the burst of melon and citrus hop flavors from Vista.
3.5% ABV - Light drinking, with subtle chocolate, fresh baked dark bread, dry finish.
7.2% ABV - Gotham Grazer is our Helles Bock collaboration with our friends from Wagner Valley Brewery in the Finger Lakes. Rich and balanced malt aromas and flavors of honey and fresh bread, with a touch of hops to keep things in check, all the while still supremely drinkable.
4.2% ABV - Smooth roast with a creamy and mild oat sweetness, notes of dark chocolate and toasty bread. Silky finish. Brewed with help from our Mug Club members.

Yes! We serve New York state wine, cider, spirits, and a canned cocktail. In the winter, we serve hot toddies. In the summer, a slushie cocktail.
Yes, we have a variety of sodas, seltzers, kombuchas, hot teas, and a non-alcoholic cocktail available.
We do not have an in-house kitchen, but often feature local pop-ups and food trucks. Please check our events calendar for the latest offerings.
You are also welcome to bring your own or order delivery from one of our great local spots, including United Sandwiches of America, Hoek Pizza, Hometown BBQ, and Court Street Grocers. And don’t forget a sweet treat from Steve’s Key Lime Pie.
Yes, we offer both private and semi-private events, as well as table reservations. Please see our Events & Reservations page for more information.
While reservations are not required, we happily accept indoor reservations at the beer hall-style tables in the Barrel Room (tables seat six to eight people with some standing room around). For more info or to submit an inquiry, head to the Events & Reservations page. Outdoor seating is first come, first serve only.
We do not have on-site parking. Street parking is available, please check signs for hours/availability. Do not park in the lot for 175 Van Dyke as your vehicle will likely be towed. We encourage using public transportation as much as possible.
Yes, we are dog-friendly, but pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Water bowls and treats are available, just ask the beertender.
Well-behaved children are always welcome! Please note that children (and pets) must be accompanied by an adult at all times as working breweries can present many dangers to unsupervised little ones! Absolutely no running is allowed on Strong Rope Brewery property. Be sure to check the game shelf for lots of options to entertain.
Yes we do have outdoor seating available. It’s a mix of picnic tables with and without umbrellas, small bistro tables, chairs, and standing room that is all available on a first come, first serve basis.
Yes, our entrance is accessible and we have two ADA bathrooms, one in the barrel room and one by the main bathrooms.
Yes! We’ve got four packs of select styles ready in our coolers. Or you can mix and match and make your own four pack or case. Swing by any time we’re open for beer to go.
We do not have televisions, though we will occasionally pull out the projector for special events. Be sure to check out our Events calendar for more information.
