4.5% ABV - Floral hop with notes of lemon rind and fresh pine needle on pale, bready malt, satisfying bitter finish.
6.0% ABV - The one beer to start it all. J.J. Bollerack's Brown Ale is a journey through a blend of malts that creates layered notes of chocolate, biscuit, and toffee to our classic Brown Ale.
4.3% ABV - Tasty and clean little blonde ale, with cracker and light biscuit notes backed up by a clean hop finish.
4.5% ABV - Our original cream ale returns with Renewal! Soft on the palate with a delicate malt and hop profile. It is an easy-drinking pleaser.
5.5% ABV - Strong Rope's most modern take on the classic pilsner, discover notes of lychee, sauvignon blanc, and citrus in this modern lager built upon a foundation of doughy pilsner malt.
5.5% ABV - Go for the gold! Golden Lager that is. Liberty Gold is our take on a Dortmunder Export Lager. Rich with a refined balance of bready malt flavor, accented by a floral and herbaceous hop profile with a crisp, satisfying finish.
4.3% ABV - Herbal and subtly peppery hops balance with a deceptively complex malt backbone for our take on a traditional Czech lager.
7.0% ABV - Classic IPA with notes of pine, resin, citrus, and lemon balm, ﬁrm bitterness.
5.7% ABV - A wonderfully session-able haze experience. Super soft with a layer of lemon grass, followed by ripe white peach and field melon.
3.8% ABV - It may not break any World Records, but this small smooth stout is the most beautiful pint this side of the Atlantic. A wonderfully perfect pour of this roasty, mildly sweet stout, with notes of chocolate and a clean finish, will make for a truly Lovely Day.
5.0% ABV - Soft pine aromas on a biscuit and toast malt body with a subtle hint of caramel, clean, and dry finish.
6.1% ABV - Brewed with Hudson Valley Malt and shipped on the Schooner Apollonia down the Hudson River, River Dragon is a classic Saison that displays botanical aromas with a clean, dry finish on the palate.
5.8% ABV - Aromas of wildflowers and honey are followed by a wave of citrus and pickled pear in this lightly carbonated, off-dry cider.

We do not have an in-house kitchen, but often feature local pop-ups and food trucks. Please check our events calendar for the latest offerings.
You are also welcome to bring your own or order delivery from one of our great local spots, including Hoek Pizza, Hometown BBQ, Mark's Red Hook Pizza, and Court Street Grocers. And don’t forget a sweet treat from Steve’s Key Lime Pie.
Yes, we offer both private and semi-private events, as well as table reservations. Please see our Events & Reservations page for more information.
While reservations are not required, we accept indoor reservations at our beer hall-style tables. There are two options depending on your group size. For more info or to submit an inquiry, head to our Reservations page. Outdoor seating is first come, first serve only.
We do not have on-site parking. Street parking is available, please check signs for hours/availability. Do not park in the lot for 175 Van Dyke as your vehicle will likely be towed. We encourage using public transportation as much as possible.
Yes, we are dog-friendly, but pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Water bowls and treats are available, just ask the beertender.
We are a family-friendly establishment and children are welcome! Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times as working breweries can present many dangers to unsupervised little ones! Absolutely no running is allowed on Strong Rope Brewery property. Be sure to check the game shelf for lots of options to entertain.
Yes we do have outdoor seating available. It’s a mix of picnic tables with and without umbrellas, small bistro tables, chairs, and standing room that is all available on a first come, first serve basis.
Yes, our entrance is accessible and we have two ADA bathrooms, one in the barrel room and one by the main bathrooms.
Yes! We’ve got four packs of select styles ready in our coolers. Or you can mix and match and make your own four pack or case. Swing by any time we’re open for beer to go.
