Brewed with Hudson Valley Malt and shipped on the Schooner Apollonia down the Hudson River, River Dragon is a classic Saison that displays botanical aromas with a clean, dry finish on the palate.

6.2% ABV - Notes of candied citrus, and pine resin with a clean malt profile. Ends with a snappy bitter finish.

7.0% ABV - Classic IPA with notes of pine, resin, citrus and lemon balm, firm bitterness.

11.5% ABV - Barleywine is life and so is this beer. Rich notes of nutty toffee, vanilla, and warm hints of whiskey. Aged in Hillrock Estate Distillery Whiskey barrels.

8.5% ABV - Our “Lazy” series of Imperial Blonde Ales capture the local flavors of the Summer harvest. Stargazer is brewed with 120 lbs of fresh Strawberries and Rhubarb from Condzella’s Farm in Wading River, NY.

5.2% ABV - Modeled after the modern lagers typically served each Fall at the fairgrounds in Munich. Lucky is a lighter, more drinkable counterpart to the traditional, malty Märzen style lager. A flavorful balance of country bread and floral hop notes.

5.6% ABV - Our white IPA that utilizes a large portion of wheat and oats in the malt bill. Its soft and fruity with a melange of zesty spices, making it a perfect beer for the height of summer.

4.8% ABV - Our softer, more modern Pilsner, is a light and refreshing lager with citrus and herbal notes featuring the heritage NY hop "Prohibition" from Pedersen Farms in Seneca Castle, NY. Grab a pint and slow things down with a Petrini Pilsner.

6.5% ABV - Juicy! Bursting with nectarine and bright peach flavors, notes of berries and melon.

4.5% ABV - Our original cream ale returns with Renewal! Soft on the pallet with a delicate malt and hop profile, it is an easy drinking pleaser.
