Our location on the Red Hook waterfront is a great place to gather the crew! Unless we’re closed for an event (see our Events Calendar to check your date), walk-ins are always welcome. But if you’d like to secure a spot for your group, we offer table reservations for parties of up to 50 people.
Reservations are typically not needed on weekdays.

For larger groups, get a roped-off section that includes four beer hall tables with seating for 30 and standing room for 50. You’ll get waterfront views, plus a reserved picnic table right outside (weather permitting)!
There’s a site fee of $100-$200 based on the day of the week and a $750 drink minimum during your party. Reservations are three hours with access an additional 30 minutes prior for setup.
Large group reservations can be booked up to three months in advance. The site fee is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, the deposit is refundable up to 30 days in advance.

Reservations are indoor only; our outdoor tables are all first come, first serve with the exception of large reservations and private events.

Since we don’t have a kitchen in-house, outside food is welcome!
Please note that we do not stock plates/utensils/etc. at our taprooms; plan accordingly if you BYO food. Please take leftover food with you or dispose of anything you bring in.

Celebrating a special occasion? Minimal decorations are welcome, but we have a couple of rules:
Tabletop decorations like flowers, flameless candles, linens are all OK ✅
Balloons, wall banners, confetti, glitter, and the like are not allowed 🚫
Decorations must be removed without damage to furniture and disposed of or taken with you when you leave. Please do not attach anything to the walls, and make sure that pathways are clear for walking.

Well-behaved children are always welcome! Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times as working breweries can present many dangers to unsupervised little ones. Absolutely no running is allowed on Strong Rope Brewery property.
As a space that caters to adults, we are unable to accept table reservations for children’s parties.

Our reservable beer hall tables include seating for ~8 or standing room for ~12 guests. Up to two tables can be reserved per party for three hours.
Reservations can be booked up to one month in advance. A $25 fee per table is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, the reservation fee is refundable up to 5 days in advance.
All table reservations are for indoor tables. Outside seating is first come, first serve.

Reserve the back table for up to 10 guests, no fees other than a required 20% gratuity on your tab(s).

Make it a party and reserve the back section with seating for 20 or standing room up to 30 guests. Beverage minimums apply for large reservations; please fill out the submission inquiry form above with your details and our team will do our best to respond within 48 hours.

What’s included? Exclusive use of taproom & sidewalk patio for a four-hour event with one hour prior to event for setup; opt for a beverage minimum, or an open bar package; one restroom. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for booking. -
Yes! Food and decorations must stay on your tables during your visit — please don’t attach things to the walls, and absolutely no glitter or confetti is permitted; please limit balloons to 10 or fewer. We ask that you kindly make use of the trash cans around the space, and be sure to take leftover food and personal effects with you when you leave.

We do not have on-site parking available. We encourage you to use public transportation or ride-share services to get to the taproom. If you do drive, street parking is available and please pay attention to all posted signs.
