First Fridays return to Gowanus! Join us for the opening night of Monica J. Rich and Bonnie Steinsnyder’s artwork.

Rich is a formally trained architect who became fascinated by nature’s architecture. Many of her pieces explore the texture of nature. This fall, she has been included in the prestigious “On the Land” exhibit at Mills Pond Gallery on Long Island and has a piece in the “Salon de Refuse” show at BWAC.
Steinsnyder’s paintings are a mysterious haven of foliage and ethereal orchid beauty. Her solo exhibitions include the Lasdon Park and Arboretum, NY, Loring Gallery, MA, the Arsenal Gallery, NY, and Rittenhouse Fine Art, PA. She currently teaches in New York City at the 92NY, the WestSide YMCA, and has a group of private students.

Their artwork will be on display all October long and they’ll also be on-site as part of Gowanus Open Studios Oct. 19-20.
