The Rotation

This is a a rotating cast of characters that make their way through the brewery. Like good friends, you may not see them for a while, but when you do it's a blast.

An American Pale: American Pale Ale, 4.4% ABV.

A classic example of a classic style. Aggressively hopped, though not   overly bitter, An American Pale is an essential pale ale with a   wonderful hop aroma and flavor balancing between fruit, floral and spicy   all the while held up perfectly by a trio of American malts. Hop Heads   can rejoice in this supremely drinkable beer.

Brethren's Sessionable: American Mild Ale, 3.8% ABV.

Brethern's Sessionable is the ale you drink with your friends when   you are hanging at the tavern just telling stories and ordering pint   after pint. The beer is a low alcohol blend of American malts. A light   brown color the beer has a wonderful nutty, malty and slightly chocolatey flavor with a just the tiniest amount of hops to keep it   honest. Grab some friends, sit down and enjoy a Brethern's.

E.T.R. (Every Time Rye) Pale Ale: Rye Pale Ale, 5.2% ABV.

When you are looking for the beer to just quench your thirst while   packing a wallop of flavor it is E.T.R, every time! E.T.R is a flavorful   yet easy drinking Rye Pale Ale, the rye malt adds a nice pepperiness   and is balanced out with the floral Palisade hop and notes of citrus   from the Ahtanum hop. Not only is E.T.R a great drinking Pale Ale, it is   the initials of the Brewery's Namesake, Eric Thomas Ropiteau.

OPA!: Oatmeal Pale Ale 3.8% ABV.

A sessionable Oatmeal Pale Ale that has tons of great hop flavor jumping between earthy and herbally to slightly citrusy and fruity. All while balanced against a unique malt profile that is reminiscent of a light oatmeal cookie. Made with a local hop blend of Cascade/Glacier/Golding, from the Long Island Hop Farm, Farm To Pint.

Farmer's Ales

Ver 2012Strawberry Rhubarb Saison 5.7% ABV.

Our spring seasonal from 2012 was a deliciously tart and dry saison using over 6 pounds of fresh strawberries and 2 pounds of rhubarb in the fermenter. A great balance of spice from the yeast, tartness from the rhubarb and sweetness from the malt, with just a hint of flavor and aroma coming from the strawberries. With the slightest pink hue to this unfiltered saison, the beer was perfect for the warm early summer months.

Farmer's Brown Ale: American Brown Ale with raspberries, basil and a hint of chocolate malt 6% ABV.

A farmer's market twist to the classic American brown ale. This brown is brewed with raspberries and basil to give it a wonderful summer feel with a sweet and slightly tart aroma and flavor backed up by a darker slightly chocolatey malt. Coupled with a hint of basil offering a brite fresh herbal note, this is a dry and fruity brown ale perfect for summer!

Midsummer's Night Brew: Blond Ale with blackberries and lavender 6% ABV.

“Midsummer’s Night Brew”   is an ale inspired by those wonderful long summer nights. Brewed with lavender and   blackberries, this beer has an amazing floral aroma, and coupled with a sweet and tart taste from the blackberries, it makes it the perfect beer for a Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Brooklyn Storyteller: brewed with Mast Brothers cocoa nibs and fresh cherries,
aged in a Kings County Distillery whiskey barrel

American Strong Golden Ale: brewed with peach, thyme, and honey (from our farmers market, Stoneledge Farm CSA, and family land respectively) aged in a Kings County Distillery whiskey barrel
